Buffalos, the second most dangerous animals here.
A beautiful leopard on a tree. It had rained at night and leopards do not seem to like wet grass,
so they climb on trees
We saw a second leopard on a tree one kilometer from the first one still in the early morning. He spotted something, climbed down the tree and walked in our direction. Soon after, he was about 10 m away from us. What an amazing view of her we had!
Oh that look!
Doesn't she look hungry?
And now the animal Glenn does not like - a spotted hyena known as "the scavenger"
What personality!
An injured male kudu - look at the right front leg and the hanging jaw! He survived a serious attack - life is tough in the jungle
Impalas
A red-billed hornbill with a broken wing that we found on the middle of the road - Nothing we could do for him. We released it on the side of the road.
Helmeted Guinea-fowl - Nice head!
African fish eagle
So cute :))
Thousand-legged millepede
Leopard tortoise
Crested francolin
Village weaver - Each male builds the best possible nest on a tree to attract females. The entire tree is filled with beautiful nests hanging from the branches. When a female comes to the tree, all males fly to the bottom of their own nest and wave their wings to attract the female. They scream "come see my nest-I built the nicest one!" The female selects its favorite nest and gets the male with it :)) The unselected males destroy their nest and tries again to build a better nest. Persistence that eventually pays off :))
Baby hyenas - Mom goes hunting during the day and leaves the little ones by themselves.
This is not a snake. It is a legless lizard. We did not even know these existed!
Young male impalas fight amongst themselves to seek out females
African hoopoe
If you think your skin is wrinkled, nothing compared to this one :))
Elephants gorge on marula fruits - the proof is in the pudding:))

Mangrove kingfisher
Amazing colors!
