Patagonia (5) - Ushuaia and Tierra del Fuego National Park, the most Southern places in South America

When in the most southern part of Patagonia.....

Here we are in Ushuaia, ready to look for a last minute deal for a cruise to Antarctica. It did not take us more than 3 hours to realize that the only possibility for the time frame we had was a 13 day Hurtigruten cruise starting from Punta Arenas. We had just flown from Punta Arenas to Ushuaia! Never mind, we decided to go back to Punta Arenas but we first spent time in Ushuaia, visiting the town and hiking in Tierra del Fuego National Park. The view at the top of the mountains was amazing and worth all the efforts to get up there. . Check it out!
